You can also double check that there aren’t any programs running in the background without you knowing. Before you start the test, close programs including all browsers (Chrome, Firefox, etc.), telecommunication software (Skype, Discord, etc.), remote desktop software (Teamviewer, Anydesk, etc.), and spelling or grammar checkers (Grammarly, etc.). When you're ready to take the test, your test session should be the only thing running on your computer. It’s natural to want to look up when thinking or trying to find the right words, but try to remember to look at the question as you answer it. Looking away from your computer could be an indication of this. Since you are testing from the comfort of your home, each test is proctored to ensure that you're not getting help from an outside resource. The good news is that there are some simple things you can do to ensure that your test is certified and you receive your results in 2 days.
